The Executive Coach provides a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment in which to offer support for our Coachee.

The Coach also helps the Coachee understand their current competencies, see how they’re perceived by other Stakeholders, and focus on identifying and clarifying current goals and desired transformation as well as the appropriate action steps to reach those goals.



Participatory Learning​

We apply Participatory Learning Approach in our training setting and workshops in which participants are invited and instructed to taking part in activities and projects, sharing in the activities of a group to foster mutual and collective learning.


We aim to increase learners' motivation and engagement levels and to improve knowledge retention for participants through Gamification Methodology.

Integrated Learning​

With Integrated Learning solutions, we create Learning Experience for Participants as a Journey including Training, Coaching and Facilitation to support and partner up with them in their own Growth Journey.

STAGE 1: Leadership Awareness & Agreement

Duration: ~ 3 months

STAGE 2: Leadership Development

Duration: 4 ~ 6 months


  • Deepening leadership awareness

Chemistry sessions (with optional 360 Asessment)

  • ​Meeting between LCL Coach and Coachee to validate and agree on the coaching agreement (expected development outcomes).
  • The coach and coachee will discuss the coachee's goals and objectives, as well as the coach's approach to coaching.

Deep-Dive Coaching sessions​

  • Helping coachee to challenge their perspective, deepen awareness, solve specific issues/challenges in their real work.
  • ​Through Stage 1, coachee grow their leadership awareness and skills.
  • ​In the Stage 2, coachee will achieve their outcomes by changing their behaviors, making new choices, and developing new habits.
  • ​The coaching sessions will be tailored to the coachee's individual needs and goals.

Values Alignment

  • Harvest & Celebrate key learnings & transformation
  • A meeting between the coach and coachee to review the coaching journey, celebrate key learnings, and identify areas for continued growth.
  • ​The coach and coachee will discuss the coachee's progress towards their goals, as well as the impact of the coaching on their work and personal life.
  • The review will also provide an opportunity to set new goals and objectives for the future.
